Rooted in
Regulation. Growing Toward Change.
Neuroaffirming care for every nervous system
At Building Pathways, we provide neuroaffirming, trauma-informed support for children, adults, caregivers, and professionals.
We integrate brain-based therapies such as Brainspotting, the Safe & Sound Protocol, and holistic occupational therapy to help people move beyond survival patterns into clarity, resilience, and connection.
Building Pathways was founded by Jamie “Raven” McGill, OTR/L, a neurodivergent, Indigenous occupational therapist and Brainspotting practitioner. Raven blends over a decade of clinical expertise with ancestral wisdom and the latest neuroscience to create safe spaces for transformation.
We believe:
-
The nervous system holds the key to change.
-
Healing happens in relationship, not isolation.
-
Transformation begins the moment we open to building new pathways.
